How to change your life for the better
You’re ready to be unstuck, to do the hard things. You’re smart, capable, and focused. And you’re still not where you want to be.
Youāre simply missing this
crucial skill
Changing anything in life can be hard. It’s going through that hard that makes change actually stick.
Your capacity (real and perceived) to handle uncomfortable emotions or physical sensations is called distress tolerance. By learning how to Just Do Nothing⢠with that distress, you build your ability to do hard things. This can get you unstuck and moving toward the life you want.
Based on my book Just Do Nothing: A Paradoxical Guide to Getting Out of Your Way, this course will guide you through how to increase your distress tolerance. So you can be who you want to be.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to read the book first?
No! I designed the course so you don’t have to have read the book. I’ll teach you everything you’ll need to Just Do Nothing.
Is this therapy?
Not at all, and this is important. This is skill-building, not treatment. If you’re working with a therapist, this can run alongside that if your therapist feels it’s appropriate for you.
Will this fix my anxiety?
No, this won’t make anxiety or discomfort disappear. That’s not possible, nor is it the goal. It’ll help change your relationship to it, however, so it stops running your decisions, which is the true goal.
How long does this take?
You can go as fast or as slow as you prefer. Throughout the videos, I give you suggestions on things to do, and I often encourage you to take the time to practice. This is when the community option can be super helpful. You can go at your own pace but also have the community to help keep you accountable. If you really want to make sure you stay on track, I encourage you to enroll in the VIP option.
